The Subject Of This Order Includes The Selection Of A Contractor For The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, Related To The Construction Of A Three-Story Annex To The Main Educational Building Of The High School. The Building Must Comply With The Town Planning Indicators, According To The Issued Design Visa, And Have An Approximate Total Built-Up Area Of 1100 Sq.M. The Investment Project Should Include The Following Parts: Part Architectural; Part Constructive Part Electrical Installation; Part Water Supply And Sewerage; Part Heating And Ventilation; Part Energy Efficiency; Part Fire Safety Part Geodesy Part Geology Landscaping Part Part Construction Waste Management Plan; Part Safety And Health Plan; Detailed Quantity And Quantity-Value Accounts For Each Part. All Parts Of The Investment Project To Be Developed According To Regulation No. 4 Of 21.05.2001. On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects Of The Ministry Of The Environment.
