Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement The Holder Undertakes To Satisfy The Services Described In The Specifications Of Special Clauses (Ccp) N° Ac2408do. This Framework Agreement Is A Single Beneficiary. It Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations. It Is Not Alloti.It Is Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months. It Is Not Renewable. It Is Concluded At Mixed Prices And Is Executed, For Its Fixed Price Part, Upon Notification Of The Framework Agreement, And, For Its Unit Price Part, It Is Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued. It Is Concluded Without Commitment On The Minimum Amount And With Commitment On The Maximum Amount Set, Over Its Overall Duration, Possible Renewals Included, At €235,200 Excluding Tax.
