The Warehouse At Kuhlerbusch 16 Is To Be Dismantled. Due To Massive Damage To The Hall Trusses, Renovation Is Not Justifiable From A Static Or Economic Perspective. The Property Consists Of The Hall With An Extension, A Chip Silo And A Fire Wall Which Separates The Hall From The Neighboring Buildings. According To The List Of Services, The Required Dismantling Measures Include Setting Up The Construction Site Including Clearing Out, Gutting Including Building Services, Cleaning Up Pollutants In The Hall And The Sprinkler Center, The Actual Dismantling Work And The Disposal Of Construction And Demolition Waste.
