Road Transport Services – School Transport To Pre-Schools And Primary Schools Organized By The City Of Porvoo As Charter Transport 2025-2027 (2029). The Object Of The Procurement Is The Pre-Primary And Basic Education Pupil Transport Services Of The City Of Porvoo For Those Pupils Who Cannot Use Public Transport Buses On Their School Trips, Under The Conditions Specified In This Procurement Notice And Its Appendices. The Contract Period Is 12 June 2025 - 11 June 2027. The Acquisition Also Includes Two Option Periods For 12.6.2027 - 11.6.2028 And 12.6.2028 - 11.6.2029. The Procured Service Includes Planning Routes And Schedules, Informing About Schedules, E.G. With The Necessary Updates For The Guardians Of The Students And The Actual Transportation, Including Also The Students Aids Such As Wheelchairs And School-Related Items, E.G. Skis, Skates, Stick For Transporting. In The Academic Year 2024 - 2025, There Are A Total Of Approximately 1,100 Basic Education Students Entitled To School Transportation. Of These, Approximately 150 Students Use Only Chartered Transportation On Their School Trips, And Approximately 200 Of The Students Are Entitled To Use Chartered Transportation That Supplements Public Transportation As Needed. The Subscriber Chooses One (1) Provider As Service Provider.
