The Subject Of The Tender Is The Concession To Build And Operate A Large Tank Farm For Aircraft Fuels On Property At Düsseldorf Airport, Which The Concessionaire Rents From Flughafen Düsseldorf Gmbh. In Addition To The Tank Farm With A Tank Capacity Of At Least 9,000M³, Truck Unloading And Truck Loading, The Concessionaire Must Also Build A Rail Siding With Tank Car Unloading And A Pipeline Connecting The Tank Car Unloading With The Tank Farm In A Second Construction Phase. The Concessionaire Is Responsible, Among Other Things, For: - Planning Of The Entire Infrastructure; - Obtaining All Permits Necessary For Construction And Operation; - Financing; - Operation. The Tank Farm Becomes A Central Infrastructure In Accordance With The Badv Regulations. The Concession Providers Main Objectives Are Security Of Supply, Sustainability And Non-Discriminatory Access.
