The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Three-Day Study Visit Of Members Of The Provincial Coordination Team (Hereinafter Referred To As Wzk) (Maximum 50 People) In Brno - Czech Republic. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of The Study Visit Program; 2) Providing Transport For Up To 50 People; 3) Accommodation In A Minimum Three-Star Hotel With Meals; 4) Providing Translation Services During The Study Visit; 5) Providing A Coordinator For The Study Visit; 6) Organizing Meetings For Participants Of The Study Visit: With Representatives Of Local Government Units, Visits To A Vocational School, Visits To A Company In An Industry That Is Particularly Important For The Łódź Region, E.G. Textiles, Fashion; 7) Insurance Of Study Visit Participants; 8) Other Activities Necessary To Effectively Conduct The Comprehensive Organization Of The Study Visit. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract.
