Due To Its Location In The Historic City Center Of Rostock, Directly On The Banks Of The Unterwarnow, The Planning Area Plays An Important Role In The Overall Context Of Urban Design. The Goal Is To Renovate Strandstrasse And Its Surroundings With A High Level Of Open Space Quality, Taking Into Account Its Urban Surroundings As Well As A High-Performance, Sustainable And Intact Traffic System. In The Course Of This, Statements Should Be Made About New Traffic Development And Open Space Design. The Aim Is To Improve The Infrastructure, Increase Traffic Safety And Preserve The Historical Charm Of The District.
