Solar Installation – Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation And Installation Of Heat Pumps At The Lubachów Suw In Zagórze Śl.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Heating System Of The Lubachów Water Treatment Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Suw), Through The Liquidation Of The Coal-Fired Boiler Room And The Construction Of A New Heat Source, Powered By Air/Water Heat Pumps, Supported By The Operation Of Electric Boilers, Along With The Construction Of A Photovoltaic System Balancing A Significant Part Of The Demand. For The Electricity Of The New Heating System. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Following Stages: 1. Development Of The Necessary Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Permits (If Required Due To The Solutions Proposed By The Contractor), Along With An Assessment Of The Condition Of The Covering And Permissible Static Loads On The Roof, In Order To Assess The Possibility Of Installing The Installation Photovoltaic. 2. Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Aimed At Supplying The Suw With Additional Electricity Generated From Its Own Source. 3. Adaptation Of The Suw Boiler Room In Order To Install A Heat Generation System. The Necessary Scope Of Work Includes At Least: • Decommissioning Of The Coal-Fired Boiler Room, Chimney And The Entire Hydraulic System Of The Boiler Circuit; • Necessary Reconstruction Of The Existing Central Heating And Hot Water Installation; • Expansion Of The Electrical Installation To The Required Power (The Installation Diagram Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Opz); • Reconstruction Works Such As: Replenishing Walls, Floors, Ceilings And Surfaces Damaged As A Result Of Disassembly And Assembly Works, Reconstruction Of Floors, Painting Walls In All Rooms Where The Works Will Be Carried Out. 4. Installation Of Air/Water Heat Pumps And Electric Boilers, Along With Monitoring And Visualization Of The Entire System.
