The Subject Of The Order Are Hoai Planning Services For Service Phases 1-6 Structural Planning In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai 2021 Including Special Services For The Project To Build A New Business Lounge For The Stadtwerk.Donau-Arena In Regensburg. Short Description Of The Project: In Order To Increase The Attractiveness Of The Donau-Arena, The Stadtwerk Regensburg.Bäder Und Arenen Gmbh Initiated The Construction Of A New Business Lounge For Around 600 Visitors. In Addition To Hosting Guests At Ice Hockey Games, The New Rooms Will Also Be Used For Events Through A Flexible Layout In Order To Expand The Range Of Offerings In The Multifunctional Hall. The New Construction Of The Business Lounge Has Already Been Examined As Part Of A Feasibility Study. The Result Shows That A Business Lounge Can Only Be Created Through An Extension. Taking Into Account The Complex Requirements Of The Arena Operation, There Was An Opportunity For Expansion On The West Side And Possibly Parts Of The North Side Of The Donau Arena. The Extension Is To Be Realized With A Direct Connection To The Grandstand Area. In Order To Ensure Efficient Operation Of The Business Lounge, The Extension Building, As Of Now, Will Accommodate Additional Storage And Technical Areas, Sanitary Facilities, A Preparation Kitchen And Optionally Offices For Management As Well As Changing Rooms For The Athletes On Level 0. As Part Of The Expansion Measure, The Kiosks And The Toilet Facilities In The Western Circulation Area Will Also Be Converted To Make Them Future-Proof. The Spatial Program Is Coordinated In Detail With The Client And User As Part Of The Planning. Further Description: (See Also Service Description) The Contractor Must Provide The Structural Planning Service In Phases 1-6 For The Entire Extension And The Adjacent Circulation Area.
