Plasterboard Works – Conversion And Expansion Of The Bgl Company Premises - Drywall Work. According To The Feasibility Study Already Carried Out In September 2019, The Depot Of The Lahr Construction And Gardening Company (Bgl) Is To Be Reorganized And Replanned With The Administration Currently Housed In A Residential Building. This Is Done In Three Construction Phases. For This Purpose, The Administration Will First Be Outsourced And The Existing Building With Garages (Plot 4290/7) Will Be Demolished. A Two-Story Office And Workshop Building Is Being Built At The Same Location, Which Is Based On The Existing Social Building Along Gutleutstrasse. The New Ground Floor Contains The Workshop And Social Area As Well As Garages For 4 Trucks And Barrier-Free Access With A Waiting Area To The First Floor. The Upper Floor Then Houses The Administration, Which Is Divided Into Two Areas. After Completion Of The First Construction Phase, Additional Garages And Storage Buildings Will Be Demolished And A Uniform Hall Will Be Built For The Vehicle Fleet.
