Construction Of 02 Nos. Entry Gate At I.A. Unnao, Distt.-Unnao - Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. 2 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement, 4 Coarse sand, 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation & floors. 3 Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks. 4 Providing and laying Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cementconcrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping ofconcrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, thecontractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. 5 First Class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in the super-structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick, but for wall of one brick thick, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:2 cement & Approved coarse sand. 7 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 8 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick granite (gang saw cut) mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite of any colour and shadeArea of slab upto 0.50 sqm 9 Providing and laying of 80mm interlocking concrete block pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand. Joint filled after labling and dressing base including supply of all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 10 Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coals applied @ 1.43 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm) (apex ultima, weather cost all quard) asian, berger 11 Indian sal wood wrought framed and fixed including simple mouldings, straight works as in Chaukhats, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. 12 2.50 cm (1") thick and of cement conrete consisting of one part cement 1.1/2 parts approved coarse sand and 3 parts approved 13mm (1/1/2) graded stone grit and including water proofing materials as ordered by theengineer incharge in the proprortion as specified but the manufacture 13 SAND FILLING in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of local sand from a distance not exceeding 8 kms from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. required for proper completion of work 14 Cast-in-situ cement conrete M-20 Kerd Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165mm respectively, 250mm high in M-20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150mm thick, Foundation having 50mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408. 15 Providing and fixing 35 mm thickISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2022 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st Class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face venners on both faces of shutters including ISI marked stainless steel but hinges with necessary screw, steel handels, siliding bolt, door stopper and tower bolt. 16 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) 17 Dismentling cement cencrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismentled materials as directed by directed by the engineer incharge within distance of 60 meter (200feet) 18 Providing and injecting chemical for pre-constructional anti-termite treatment and creating and chemical barrier under and around the coloumn pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external per meter of binding expansion joints surroundings of pipes and conduit etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per IS 6313 (part 2013) IMIDACLOPRIDSC 30.5 concentrate or any other approved material such as Hepthachlor of chlordane will be used. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters per sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters per sqm (4) Treatment of soil along external per meter of building 7.50 liters per sqm (5) Treatment of soil under apron along external per meter 5 liter per sqm 19 Providing & laying "brick bat coba" 100 mm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap of 15 mm to each other, over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with aerelic cement concrete water proofing compound filed gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top meshed false square 30 cm x 30 cm and side wall parapet shall be monotyhic plaster wall upto 30 cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand and masonary coba with top finishing plaster mixing with acetic water proofing compound @ 2% by weight & including supply of all materials labour T&P etc required for proper completion of works. 20 Supply and fixing galvanized with fly and mosquito proof stainless steel grade 304 wire mesh gauge with 0.50mm dia wire and 1.40mm wide aperture including supply of C.P. Teakwood batten 8cmX1cm (3"X3/8")/flat iron 25mmX4mm and including supply of necessary screws all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 21 Providing and laying vitrified floor files in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matcheng pigments etc., complete. size of tile 600x600mm 22 First Class brick work 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work 23 Retro Reflective Signs (Type -IV Sheet), for single sideProviding and fixing retro-reflective signboards comprising of customised modular Pu Epoxy Coated MS angle iron frame work, almunium composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay sim satex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one Sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-IV of ASTM D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67 2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation. erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge Signage on MS angle frame of (35x35x5)mm 24 Mild steel or iron work in heavy size such as trusses builts up gates, door frames, record racks, roof work, gates etc. wrought to required from including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc & their fixing required for proper completion of the work 25 Painting or varnishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
