Tender For Yard And Miscellaneous Civil Works At 33 Kv S/S Lohariya, Pratapgarh. - Building Works 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 3 Brick masonary in superstructure upto third storey with bricks of class designation 75 MM in cement motor 1:6 ( 1 Cement:6 coarse sand) 4 Half brick masonry in Superstructure up to third storey using bricks designation 75 in CM 1:6 ( 1- cement: 6 coarse sand) including cost of nominal hoop reinforcement ( 2 Nos 6mm dia M/S bar at every forth course) 5 Supplying and fixing machine cut andpolished stone shelves, tands and sills in CM 1:3 with machine cut edges: Kota stone 25 to 30 mm thick. 6 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick. 7 Polished Blue Kota Stone flooring skirting, laid over 20 mm thick base of C.M. 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete : For area of each slab up to 2001 to 5000 Sq. Cm :(A) 25 mm thick slab. 8 Providing & fixing ms sheet single leaf door shutters in angle iron frame 35x35x5 mm suitablly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5 mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of engg, incharge but excluding coes of chokhats including two coats of anti corrastie red oxide primer paint Ms sheet 20 SWG 9 Providing & fixing ms sheet double leaf door shutters in angle iron frame 35x35x5 mm suitablly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5 mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of engg, incharge but excluding coes of chokhats including two coats of anti corrastie red oxide primer paint Ms sheet 20 SWG Add extra for double leaf shuttters 10 Providing and fixing external grade board solid core single leaf flush door shutters ISI 2202-67 marked using Phenol formal dehyderesinin glue both sides with approved steel fittings complete as per annexure A:Commercial Veneer both side Single leaf 11 Providing and fixing Ist quality standard White Ivory Glazed Tiles ISI marked [IS:13753] of size 300mm x 200mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on abed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete (excluding the cost of cementplaster). Disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed:All kinds of soil. 21 Supplying and fixing machine cut and polished stone shelves, tands and sills in CM 1:3 with machine cut edges: Sand or other approved stone 25 mm thick. 22 Providing stone slab covering over drains including filling of joints in cement sand mortar 1:3 with 35mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 mix complete withgood finish with : Stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick average 23 Providing glass strips in joints of terrazzo/cement concrete floor :20 mm wide and 3 mm thick. 24 Grinding & polishing on mosaic / polished stone flooring : New surface. 25 Renewing glass panes, with puty and nails wherever necessary:4 mm thick plain glass panes. 26 Demolishing cement concrete including disposal of material within 50 meter lead : 1:3:6 or richer mix. 27 Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. In Cement mortar. 28 Disnantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats, and channels etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 meters lead.
