Tender For Certain Minor Works At Lgj Mil Stn; 1 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm in thickness (below or above ground level) and rubhis off from premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 2 Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and rubhish off from premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 3 Demolitionof brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4 Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge. 5 Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping and including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 6 Surface excavation N.exc. (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 Excavating over area n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 8 Rolling and consilidation formation surface in cutting with powder roller exc 5 tonne and exc 8 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. 9 Material and labour for brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 M & L for broken stone Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. 11 Taking down cement plaster from brick wall or concrete surfaces or ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for 150 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 13 M & L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com pound, Grade ‘A’ all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and directedby the Engineer-in-Charge.. 15 Forming Contractionjoints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade A 16 S & F 80 mm bore galvanished steel water tubes, medium grade of pipe and necessary fitting/fluxureall as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 17 S & F for 50 mm Bore dia of Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 19 Add to Ser item 18for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 20 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning soft soil, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using40mm graded aggregates as foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 22 M&L fly ash brick work with old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius half brick thick in CM 1:4 complete all complete and as specifed and directed. 23 M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping fordrain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 24 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using20 mm graded aggregates as in benching / haunching ofmanholes including forming channels including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 25 M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate inlintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, copings, bed plates,and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,incl formwork all as specified & directed.Note :- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule. 26 M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set cement mortar 1:6 as in cover slabs (for manholes etc,) chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 27 M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof Padding etc and slope 1:40 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10 mm wide, 30 mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as directed. 29 M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick walls or concrete, surface in cm 1:6on wall and surface to be finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed 30 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall, finished fair even and smooth all as specified and directed. 31 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed 32 Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 33 M&L for sand filling under floor 25mm thick with washed and screened dry fine river sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed . 34 Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 250 m n. exc 500 m and depositing where directed at level above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 35 Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 36 M&L for broken brick of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 37 M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectengular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floorall as specified and directed. 38 M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engneer -in-Charge 39 M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base below floors all specified and directed. 40 M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base below floors all specified and directed. 41 M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate in Chajjas; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately. 42 Formwork to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges , for rough surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge 43 M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stones of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 44 M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:-(a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane,(mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.Notes : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered wih cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching.(ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the wk. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarnatee of treatment shall be for min 10 yrs reckoned from date of completion of whole wk. 45 M & L for flush pointing, to bricks in cement mortar 1:3 laid flat or brick tiles in paving in floor, roof etc 46 M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid flat on cement concrete& joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) beddedover15mm thick cement morter (1:6)mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 47 All as per srlitem No 46 above but except tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 48 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compa ction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 49 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, and like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 50 Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement laying in alternate bays complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 51 M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid over cement screed base laid over and including15 mm thick screed bed incement mortar 1:6, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as directed. 52 M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as directed. 53 M&L for 40mm thick damp proof course in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregateto horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 54 S & F Steel work in tubular/hollow section in trusses, rafter, purline, post etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 55 S&F for TMT bars (Fe-500D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed. 56 S&F for TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed. 57 M&L for preparation ofnew plasteredsurface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paintcomplete all as specified & directed 58 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall surfaces including preparationof surfacecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 59 Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or pointed surface of wall by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge 60 M&L for two coats of white wash on old plastered surfaces on ceiling incl preparation etc. complete all as specified and directed. 61 M&L for two coats of acrylic distemper on newly plastered surfacesof walls over and including one coat of primer and 3mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 62 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and two coats of acrylic distemper onplastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 63 S & F in repairs Vitreous China urinals, half stall complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2,securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement;grating and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed. 64 S&Fvitreous china wash hand basin coloured Flat back of size 580x450mm,including 32mm dia chromium plated waste coupling long screwed shank andfly nut, flanged end bedded in red led cement and other end fixed and PVC waste pipe including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets in CM 1:3 all as specified . 65 Supply & fixing pillar tap swan neck type cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, fancy type screwed down, high pressure with or without letterHot or Cold with long shank and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
