complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately. 42 Formwork to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges , for rough surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge 43 M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stones of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 44 M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:-(a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane,(mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.Notes : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered wih cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching.(ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage.
