(A) By Manual Means 5 Providing, Laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding OP cement @ 2% by weight of the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base.
