The aggregate shall be in situ pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller to achieve design unconfined compressive strength.(with additive) [FDR] 10 Providing and applying primer coat with SS-1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 11 Providing and laying a single coat of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width above 9 mm and cracked area above 50per centafter cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with clause 521, sprayed at the rate of 15 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 11.2 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.12 cum per 10 sqm, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902. 12 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG_10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 13 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Grade-II 14 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 310 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing 15 Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. 16 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 17 Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification (RCC Grade M20) 18 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications 19 Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and etc. as per Technical Specification.1000 mm dia 20 Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. 21 Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications 22 Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications 23 Dismantling Brick / Tile work/ rubble masonary/ pitching/ etc by mechanical means 24 Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification (RCC M-30) 25 Providing and Laying of Weep holes in brick work in abutment and wing wall with 100mm dia PVC pipeextending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H toward drawing force coplete as per drawing and technical specification MORTH 13.8/27. 26 Brick soling with straight overbumt brick laid and flat and dry including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber ard including supply of briks, fillingjoints, with local earth spreading blinding coats I cm.
