Construction of Pcc and Interloc Work - Procurement of soil for Filling(includes excavtion, transporataion, loading and unloading ) excluding voids Lead upto 1 km (After Deducation voids 17%) 2 Providing and laying in position cement concretebin includingcuring , compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 3 Providing and laying ofpaver block as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Indian standard for precast concrete block for paving- specification) and IRC : SP:63-2004 (guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete block pavement) 4 M-30, 60 mm thick to be used in non traffic areas like building premises, monument premises, land scapes, public gardens/ park, domestic drives, paths and patios, Embankment slopes, sand stabilization Area etc.( As per table 1 ofIS 15658:2006 5 Category‘B’ Denated only two side like I,Z,T shape etc. as per IRC SP 63:2004 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. Complete in retaing wall, return walls including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments pillars, post, butterese string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks anchor blocks, plain window, sills etc complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to floor five level. 7 M20 grade Nominal Mix1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 8 Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel propsand removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : 9 Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,buttressesplinthandstring course.
