The Project Proposes The Development And Enhancement Of The Location, By Enriching The Functional And Urban Expression And Transforming It Into An Attractive Area For All City Residents By Treating The Whole As A Unitary Whole. The Development Of The Nufărul Urban Garden Starts From The Desire To Offer Residents And Visitors To The Municipality Of Oradea An Area For Spending Time In The Open Air. The Concept Involves The Construction Of A Greenhouse, A Tower And A Pedestrian Walkway, Located In A Dynamic Green Space, Where The Mineral Elements Together With The Concept Of Vegetation Create A Framework Conducive To The Promenade, Relaxation And Interaction Between The Members Of The Community. They Are Served By A Network Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic; Pairs Of Accesses Are Thus Formed—Circulations Arranged Relative To The Perimeter Circulations So That User Flows Are Taken Over Coherently And Distributed Within The Urban Garden. Special Attention Is Paid To Sign Elements That Present Orientation And Cultural-Educational Information In Various Forms. The Arrangement Of The Nufărul Urban Garden Includes The Following Objects: Object 01 Greenhouse; Object 02 Tower And Footbridge; Object 03 Grădina Nufărul (Exterior Landscaping) The Term Until Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Clarification Requests On The 11Th Day Inclusive, Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
