The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Constructions For Cyclists And Pedestrians Following The Construction Of The So-Called Terminal Smíchov. The Contract Will Be Implemented Using The Design-Build Method. The Work, The Execution Of Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, Is Divided Into The Following Sections: (A) Section I: Dvorecký Most - Ke Sklárně, Which Corresponds To The Part Of The Work In The Area Of ​​Interest Between Dvorecký Most And Ke Sklárně Street. The Client Was Unable To Negotiate Any Solution For The Concerned Area Of ​​Interest. In Relation To Section I, It Therefore Assumes: (I) Project Activity Leading To Finding A Solution That Will Be Acceptable Both To The Contracting Authority And, In Particular, To The Relevant State Administration Bodies; And (Ii) If A Solution Is Found For Section I, Then The Execution And Completion Of The Corresponding Construction Works. The Project Activity In Connection With Section I Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Performance Of The So-Called Additional Duties Based On The Hourly Rates Offered By The Supplier. Construction Work In Connection With Section I Was Defined By The Contracting Authority As The So-Called Work Under Conditional Amounts (For Details, See The Customers Requirements, Which Are Part Of The Draft Contract). (B) Section Ii: Ke Sklárně – Smíchov City, Which Corresponds To The Part Of The Work In The Area Of ​​Interest Between Ke Sklárně Street And The Smíchov City Location. In The Case Of Section Ii, A Footbridge Ensuring A Level Crossing With The Proposed Railway Line Will Be Implemented. Construction Of The Footbridge Will Begin Between The Meet Factory, The Railway Building And The Loop Under The Dobříšská Street Road Bridge, From There It Will Rise Above The Road And The Railway Body. Subsequently, The Cycle Route Will Run Parallel And At The Same Height Level With Dobříšská Street, From Which It Will Be Separated By A Tree Line. At The Proposed Bus Stop, The Cycle Route Will Be Connected To A Sidewalk, After Which Cyclists Will Be Brought To The Border Of Smíchov City, Where They Will Connect To The Planned Coordinated Cycle Routes. Traffic Cycle Routes Within Smíchov City Are Not Part Of The Work. (C) Section Iii: Smíchov City – Railway Bridge, Which Corresponds To The Part Of The Work In The Area Of ​​Interest Between The Smíchov City Location And The Výtoň Railway Bridge. As Part Of Section Iii, The Cycle Path Will Seamlessly Connect To The Eastern End Of The Raised And Turned Bridge Across Nádražní Street, Thus Connecting To The Cycle Paths Within The Smíchov City Complex. Tender Documentation Page 5 Of 11 The Cycle Route Will Continue In An Eastern Direction Along The Track Body Of Disturbed Tracks For A Length Of Approx. 80 M, Where It Will Be Temporarily Terminated. The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Detail In The Draft Contract.
