Battery Chargers – Delivery, Installation And Launch Of Fast And Slow Charging Points For Electric Buses Along With Power Supply Infrastructure And Accompanying Infrastructure.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of 3 Fast And Pantograph Charging Points And 26 Slow Charging Points For Electric Buses Along With Power Supply Infrastructure And Accompanying Infrastructure, Including: Development Of Complete Design Documentation (Land Development Designs, Architectural And Construction Designs) Along With Detailed Designs, Technical Designs (Complete For All Required Industries For All Locations Of Loaders) Along With Obtaining All Necessary Consents And Arrangements And Obtaining Final Implementation Decisions - Construction Permits And Developing As-Built Documentation Along With Surveying Documentation Along With The Execution Of Construction Works, Including The Implementation Of Power Supply Infrastructure And Accompanying Infrastructure And Exercising Authors Supervision. 2. Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And The Delivered Chargers Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Above-Mentioned. Annex. 3. The Charging Points Offered Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In The Year Of Delivery Or The Year Preceding Delivery, Unused And Not Used For Presentation Or Similar Purposes. 4. All Supplied Charging Points Must Be Of One Brand, Identical In Terms Of Design And Completion For Slow Charging Points And Fast Charging Points, Respectively. 5. The Requirements Regarding The Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In § 6 Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Charging Points Provided Are Fully Compatible With The Buses Owned By The Ordering Party. 7. Taking Into Account The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Carrying Out An On-Site Visit To The Premises Of The Mzk Bus Depot In Toruń Sp. Z O. O. At Ul.
