Tenders are invited for Latin America Travel Agency: Secure, Efficient, Flexible, Cost-Effective Solution for Booking Flights and Other Travel-Related Services for Our Employees Latin America Travel Agency. CLARIFICATIONS OF THE TENDER 9.1 Any bidder or potential bidder who requires clarification regarding the tender documents or the tender itself must contact the Norwegian Refugee Council NRC in writing at laro.procurement@nrc.no within the dates described in the tender schedule. The Norwegian Refugee Council NRC will respond to questions within these times as well. The answers will be addressed to all potential bidders who requested clarification. MODIFICATION OF THE TENDER DOCUMENT 10.1 At any time up to 48 hours before the deadline for submission of bids, the Norwegian Refugee Council NRC may modify or cancel the Tender Documents by publishing its decision in writing. 10.2 In order to give potential Offerors a reasonable period of time to modify and prepare their offers, the Norwegian Refugee Council - NRC may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for the submission of offers.
