Request for proposals for Procurement Vehicles for the Jenin Municipality and the Palestinian Civil Defense Under Stabilisation Response Mechanism (SRM) Project. Each tender (Tender) submitted by each Party who responds to this RFP (Tenderer) should be detailed enough to allow the Company to make an informed selection of the most appropriate offer. This RFP contains information about the procurement process and the Goods and/or Services. Subject to the terms of this RFP, the Company proposes to enter into a contract (Contract) with the successful Tenderer (Vendor). This RFP has been issued by the Company to fulfil the requirements of the Company. Unless indicated otherwise, references to Schedules are to the Schedules of this RFP Clarifications about the Contents of the Tenders the Company Reserves the Right (but shall not be Obliged) to Seek Clarification of Any Aspect of a Tenderers Tender during the Evaluation Phase. Tenderers are Asked to Respond to These Requests Promptly and to Avoid Vague or Ambiguous Answers Other Terms and Conditions A) the Title to Any Goods Supplied under Any Award Resulting from this Rfp shall Pass Directly to the Beneficiary, or the Palestanian Civil Defense and the Jenin Municipality for its Water and Wastewater Department as Instrcuted, following Delivery and Acceptance of the Goods by the Beneficiary. Risk of Loss, Injury, or Destruction of the Goods shall be Borne by the Tenderer until Delivery and Acceptance by the Beneficiary. B) the Supplier must Ensure Full Compliance with Local Regulations, including Customs Clearance and Delivery Requirements. Any Failure to Meet These Requirements will be the Responsibility of the Supplier. Asi Reserves the Right to Terminate the Contract if the Supplier Fails to Mitigate Identified Risks.
