Tenders are invited for Production of a 67-Minute Short Documentary Film Scope of work: the selected service provider will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Work with PWWSD staff to understand the Hemaya Campaign and develop a clear concept for the documentary. 2. Draft a script that effectively communicates the challenges, impacts of EGBV, and colonial policies on Palestinian womens economic and social lives. 3. Plan and organize all aspects of the production, including location scouting, equipment setup, and scheduling interviews or shoots. 4. Capture high-quality footage in Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem, focusing on the stories of women affected by EGBV and colonial policies. 5. Edit the footage to produce a 67-minute documentary, ensuring high production quality and alignment with advocacy goals. 6. Maintain regular communication with PWWSD staff, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with the campaigns objectives. 7. The service provider has to ensure that all participants in the video, including interviewees, sign an approval/consent. 8. Provide two final copies of the film; one with English subtitles, and the other with French subtitles; to make the film accessible to diverse audiences. 9. Deliver the final documentary in the required formats, ready for use in regional and international advocacy. The final copy must be approved by PWWSD contact person. 10. Deliver a one-minute teaser for the short documentary film. 11. Ensure sensitive information shared during the process remains confidential. 12. Provide a summary report detailing the production process and recommendations for the films use in advocacy campaigns. 9. Timeline: The assignment should be completed within 30 days from the date of contract signing. The selected filmmaker/production team is expected to provide a detailed timeline for the completion of the project. 10. Qualifications: The service provider should have: 1. Proven experience of not less than 3yrs in producing high-quality advocacy or 2. Strong research and scriptwriting skills. 3. A good understanding of the Palestinian context, especially in relation to womens economic participation and EGBV. 4.
