Public Road Transport Services – Kokkolas City Transport. The Procurement Concerns The Regional Right Of Use For The Routes Specified In Appendix 4 Of Kokkolas Call For Tenders. The Regional Right Of Use Agreement Refers To The Right Of Use Agreement In Accordance With The European Parliament And Council Regulation (1370/2007) On Rail And Road Public Passenger Transport Services And The Transport Services Act (320/2007), Which Is Drawn Up To Manage Transport Services. The City Of Kokkola Grants The Selected Public Transport Operator The Exclusive Right To The Routes Specified In The Request For Tenders In Accordance With The Service Agreement (1370/2007). The Object Of The Procurement Is Defined In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Appendices.
