Software Programming And Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement Relating To Services Relating To A Firm Tranche Relating To The Delivery, Installation And Maintenance Of An Erp System As Well As A Conditional Tranche Relating To Additional Services, For The Palais Of Fine Arts Of Brussels. This Public Service Contract Is Launched In The Form Of A Framework Agreement And Aims At The Delivery, Installation, Training And Maintenance Of An Integrated Erp Type System For The Pba. The Market Is Divided Into A Firm Tranche And A Conditional Tranche. Firm Slice The Pba Wants To Acquire An Erp Type Software Solution In Order To Meet The Following Needs: - Management Of Projects Of Different Types (Artistic, Operational, Administrative, Etc.); - Activity Planning And Personnel Planning; - Accounting ; - Financial Management; - Human Resources Management; - Reporting And Crm. The Solution Should Lead To Better Collaboration Between The Different Departments, Better Visibility Of Artistic And Event Activity Within The Pba As Well As Better Monitoring Of Budgets And Costs And Income Of Activities Using Appropriate Reporting. And In Real Time. This Tranche Is Estimated At: - 200,000 Euros Excluding Vat In Capex; - 130,000 Euros Excluding Vat In Opex Per Year And 780,000 Euros Excluding Vat Over The Total Duration Of The Market. Therefore, The Firm Tranche Is Estimated At A Total Amount Of 980,000 Euros Excluding Vat For The Duration Of The Contract. Conditional Tranche A Second Tranche, Which The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Raise If It Has The Necessary Funds, Will Include In Particular The Following Additional Services: - Management Of Guided Tours; - Management Of Pba Sponsorship; - The Development Of A Wizard For Encoding Activities In The Erp; - Importing Data From The Current Crm (Efficy) To The Chosen Erp Solution; - Data Synchronization Between The Erp Solution And The Secutix Ticketing Software; - The Development Or Acquisition Of A Marketing Automation Solution; - The Development Of A Data Transfer Interface Between The Erp Solution And The Website; - The Development Of New Web Interfaces. - The Digitalization Of Other Operational Processes. This Second Phase Is Estimated At 1.5 Million Euros Excluding Vat In Capex.
