Part Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Verification Of The Feasibility Of The Proposed Technical Specification And The Implementation Of Design Activities Consisting In The Development Of Project Documentation For The Implementation Of The Work Within The Scope Of The Contract, Technical Specifications And The Budget, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Binding Draft Of The Contract (Hereinafter Also The Budget) And To The Extent Of Permitting The Plan And Providing Related Activities, Including Engineering Activities, Necessary Surveys, Surveys (If Relevant), Obtaining The Issuance Of A Valid Plan Permit, Proper Approval Of The Work, Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Work, As Well As Preparation Of The Documentation Of The Work, Provision Of Licenses And Geodetic Work (If Relevant).
