The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of The So-Called Turnkey Consisting Of The Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of • An Overarching Control System, • A Complete Fully Functional Photovoltaic Power Plant (Pve) Consisting Mainly Of Photovoltaic Panels, Supporting Structures, Inverters, Dc And Ac Distribution And Data Distribution, Monitoring System Including A Weather Station, Calibrated Electricity Meters, Lv Switchboards And All Electrical Installations, • A Complete Fully Functional Battery Storage Consisting Mainly Of Battery Cells, Hardware And Software Of A Complex Management System (Energy Management System), Containers/Boxes And Other Structural Systems For Storing The Entire Battery Storage In The Outdoor Environment, • Complete Fully Functional Technology, Which Includes In Particular Ac Charging Stations (So-Called Wallboxes), Dc Charging Station, Hardware And Software Of A Complex Control System (Energy Management System), Charging Cables, Etc. Part Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Verification Of The Feasibility Of The Proposed Technical Specification And The Implementation Of Design Activities Consisting In The Development Of Project Documentation For The Implementation Of The Work Within The Scope Of The Contract, Technical Specifications And The Budget, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Binding Draft Of The Contract (Hereinafter Also The Budget) And To The Extent Of Permitting The Plan And Providing Related Activities, Including Engineering Activities, Necessary Surveys, Surveys (If Relevant), Obtaining The Issuance Of A Valid Plan Permit, Proper Approval Of The Work, Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Work, As Well As Preparation Of The Documentation Of The Work, Provision Of Licenses And Geodetic Work (If Relevant). The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Service During The Warranty Period, Which Includes Warranty Service, Regular Warranty Service Inspections And Revisions. For This Purpose, The Participant Submits The Technical Conditions Under Which The Service Will Be Implemented In The Offer. These Conditions Must Be In Accordance With This Tender Documentation, Incl. Contracts, Technical Specifications And In Accordance With Legal And Technical Standards And Documentation Of The Manufacturer Of The Delivered Technology.
