Construction Work – Framework Arrangement For Electrical Contracts. The University Of Helsinki Is Tendering For Framework Contract Partners For Electrical Contracting For Repair And Alteration Projects Of University Buildings. The Procurement Applies To Electrical Contracts Performed In Construction Projects Of The Helsinki University Group (University Of Helsinki, University Of Helsinki Funds, Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy, Koy Biomedicum Helsinki And Their Owned Real Estate And Subsidiaries) For The Specified Framework Contract Period. The University Of Helsinki Has A Total Of Approximately 600,000 M2 Of Apartments At Its Disposal, For Which The Small Repairs And Alterations Referred To In This Call For Tenders, As Well As Contracts, Are Commissioned Annually. Basically, The Construction Contractor Acts As The Main Executor In The Contracts. About 95% Of The Facilities Are Located In The Capital Region, But Also In Mäntsälä, Hyytiälä (Juupajoki), Tvärminne (Hango), Lammi, Lahti, Vaasa And Kilpisjärvi. The Premises Consist Of Special Premises, Laboratories, Teaching Premises And Office Premises And Their Auxiliary Premises. Some Of The Buildings Are Building Conservation Sites. The Work Carried Out In The Premises Is Mainly Repair Work On The Inside And Outside Of The Buildings To Varying Degrees, Functional Space Changes And Maintenance-Related Repair Work, The Contracting Of Which This Procurement Is Aimed At. The Work Is Partly Seasonal And Most Of The Work Is Done In The Summer And Autumn Seasons. A Characteristic Of The Contracts Is That They Operate In Buildings Where There Is Activity. The Work Varies From Repairs Lasting A Few Hours To Project-Based Projects. This Procurement Does Not Apply To Extensive Renovation Or New Construction Projects Carried Out On A Project-By-Project Basis, Which Are Tendered Separately.
