New Cement Screeds, Waterproofing, Etc.; - Repair Of Hvac Installation - Replacement Of Heating System - New Pipe Network And Heating Elements; - Installation Of A Dhw System Of Solar Collectors; - Repair Plumbing Installation And Allocation Of New Sanitary Facilities /Bathrooms And Toilets/ In Each Residential Premises; - Implementation Of Fep For Own Consumption Nominal Power 30 Kwp; - Providing An Accessible Environment; The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes: Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Employer, The Investment Project And The Quantitative Accounts; Handover Of The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With Deed Model No. 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Elimination Of Deficiencies, If They Are Found During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; Warranty Maintenance Of Construction And Removal Of Defects Within The Warranty Period.
