Software Programming And Consultancy Services – Surface Transport Management System (Řspd). Currently, The Contracting Authority Is Not Objectively Able To Define All The Technical Conditions And Legal And Financial Requirements For The Performance Of The Public Contract In Such A Way As To Be Able To Compile Tender Documentation To The Extent Sufficient For The Submission Of Tenders. The Only Things That The Contracting Authority Is Able To Define At This Stage Are: A) The Basic Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Subject Of Performance, Which Are Contained In Appendix No. 1 Tender Documentation And B) The Expected Schedule Of The Competitive Dialogue, Which Is Contained In Annex No. 2 Procurement Documents. The General Intention Of The Contracting Authority Is - To Create And Deliver A New Surface Transport Management System For The Vehicle Fleet Operated By The Contracting Authority (Buses, Trolleybuses, Trams), - To Ensure The Subsequent Support And Development Of The Surface Transport Management System For The Expected Duration Of 72 Months And The Option To Extend The Support And Development By Another 60 Months. The Awarding Of This Public Contract Is Aimed At Finding A Solution For The Surface Transport Management System That Would Correspond To The Ideas, Needs And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority As Much As Possible And Respect The Requirements Placed On The Contracting Authoritys Activities And All Legal Regulations.
