The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Are Then Divided Into Three Service Areas: - Service Area 1: Examination Of Addenda And Invoices From Construction Companies, Planning Offices And Project Management Offices (Hereinafter Also Companies) Involved In The Contractual Construction Projects Due To Disrupted Construction Processes - Service Area 2: Support Of The Client/The Mükp In Negotiations To Conclude Out-Of-Court Agreements With Companies Regarding Supplements Due To Disrupted Construction Processes - Service Area 3: Preparation Of Construction Operational Documents Expert Reports For The Assessment Of Claims By Companies Against The Client Or The Client Against The Companies And Preliminary Work In The Context Of Legal Disputes With Companies.
