The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Execution Of Comprehensive Construction And Construction Works, Including The Full Scope Of Installation And Finishing Works And Equipment Of The Rooms, Described In Detail In The Construction Design, Detailed Designs, Bills Of Quantities, Stwior (Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Documentation), Together With - Delivery Of The Indicated Devices And Described In Detail In Annex No. 11 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of The Supply Of Devices (Also Called Equipment) And Assembly (Described In The Design Documentation) And Their Commissioning, Along With Conducting Staff Training For The Project Titled Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Rooms Of The Central Sterilization Center For Burn Treatment. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented Based On The Design Documentation, Swz And The Contract.1. Construction Works: 1) The Ordering Party Informs That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility. The Contractor Should Provide For Restrictions And Difficulties In The Organization Of Construction Works, As Well As Security And Cleaning Works In This Regard.2) The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed Under The Supervision Of Persons With Appropriate Qualifications, Authorizations, Experience And Education Necessary To Perform The Order, In Accordance With Chapter 21 Point 21.1 Subpoint 21.1.2 Swz.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works - Adaptation Of Rooms In A Way That Enables The Functioning Of Neighboring Rooms, And To Limit As Much As Possible Any Nuisance Resulting From Driving Them (Dust, Noise, Etc.). The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations.4) For The Purposes Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out An Analysis Of The Transport Of Large-Size Equipment To The Building Site, Taking Into Account The Strength Of The Building Structure, The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Floors And The Width And Height Of The Rooms. If It Is Necessary To Dismantle Building Elements, The Contractor Will Reconstruct Them.5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Participate, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, In Internal And External Inspections, In Particular Those Carried Out By The Bodies Of The State Sanitary Inspection, The State Fire Service And The District Construction Supervision Inspector. The Ordering Party Will Submit A Request For The Contractors Participation In The Acceptance At Least 3 Business Days Before The Scheduled Acceptance Date.6) The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Complete As-Built Documentation, Covering The Entire Scope Of The Project Along With Certificates And Approvals Of The Devices And Materials Used.7) The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party: A) Warranty For Defects For Completed Construction Works
