1. The Subject Of The Order Are Renovations Of Roads With Bitumen Surfaces, Partial Renovations Of Streets With Bituminous Surfaces, Emergency Cleaning Of Rainwater Drainage Systems On Municipal Roads Located In The Praga-Południe District In 2025/2026. The Type Of Works And Conditions Of Execution Of The Works Are Determined By: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bill Of Quantities Of Works. And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes 10, 11 A And B To Swz.2. Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Resulting From The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended) Employees/Employees Directly Performing Activities, Including: Drivers, Cutting Asphalt Surfaces, Asphalt Works. The Above Condition Will Be Met By Employing New Employees/Employees Under An Employment Contract Or Appointing Employees/Employees Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Complete The Order.
