The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called: Construction Of An Aqueduct For The Towns Of Czermna And Swoszowa In The Szerzyny Commune In The Design And Build Mode. The Investment Will Be Implemented Provided That Financial Assistance Is Received For Operations Of The Water And Sewage Management Type, Covered By The Area Development Program Rural For The Years 2014-2020. Subject Of The Order: Stage I: Development Of Complete Documentation Design The Order Includes: A) Before Starting Design Work, The Contractors Obligation Is To: - Prepare A Technical Opinion Confirming The Possibility Of Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Ffu And Errata To The Ffu, - If Necessary, Obtain A Derogation From Technical And Construction Regulations In The Scope Of Regulations, - Obtain The Necessary Consents, Opinions And Arrangements. B) Development Of Complete Design Documentation: Construction Design And Multi-Discipline Technical Design (Executive Design), C) Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, Including: - Building Permit Decisions For Construction Works, For Obtaining A Permit Is Required; D) Developing A Geodetic Map For Design Purposes, E) Developing A Construction Design And Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits, Including The Final Decision On The Building Permit, G) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works ,H) Exercising Authors Supervision,I) Design Documentation Should Be Consistent With The Requirements And All Other Regulations, Standards And Legal Provisions That Must Be Followed When Implementing This Type Of Investment, And In Particular It Must Meet The Requirements Specified In In: - Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, - Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021 R.
