The Subject Of The Order Is: Design And Construction Of A Multi-Module, Reusable Exhibition Stand With Equipment And Services In The Field Of: Storage, Transport, Assembly, Disassembly And Maintenance Of The Stand In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.2. A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Execution Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz).3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Submit, Together With The Offer, A Preliminary Design Of An Exhibition Stand For The Budma Fair In Poznań.4. The Preliminary Design Of A Multi-Module Exhibition Stand Must Include: 1) 3D Visualization Of The Stand From At Least 3 Sides, I.E. From Above, From The Side, From The Front, 2) 2D Equipment Elements With Dimensions, 3) 2D Horizontal Projection Of The Stand With The Location Of Individual Elements Development Along With The Names Of The Elements Included Therein, 4) Marked Lighting Points, 5) Detailed Description Of The Stand With Lighting, Including Devices, Equipment Elements, Development, Furniture, 6) Technical Description, Which Must Present The Dimensions Of The Exhibition Stand And The Essential Elements Of Technical Equipment, Including: Connections To The Electrical Installation,7) The Graphic Design Of The Exhibition Stand Must Be Prepared In Full Color,5. The Preliminary Design Of A Multi-Module Exhibition Stand Must Include A Technical Description Of Individual Equipment Elements, Including: 1) Company Zones For Five Enterprises In The Opole Voivodeship - The Zone Must Be Publicly Available And Visible To Fair Participants. The Zone Must Consist Of Five Stands Intended For Unrelated Sme Entrepreneurs Representing Their Own Industry From The Opole Voivodeship At The Fair. (The Ordering Party Provides Access To Electricity At Each Entrepreneurs Stand - At Least 1 Socket And An Extension Cord With A Length Of At Least 3 M (Min. 5 Sockets); 2) Meeting Areas For Conducting Business Talks - The Stand Must Be Inaccessible To Visitors (E.G. Partially Separated Walls, Partitions), Available Only To Smes From The Opole Voivodeship Participating In The Fair. The Stand Must Provide Conditions Allowing For Peaceful Business Talks, It Must Be Equipped With Appropriate Lighting (The Ordering Party Provides Access To Electricity - At Least 2 Sockets In The Zone);3) Information Zone - Constituting A Kind Of Reception And Information Point, (The Ordering Party Provides Access To Electricity - Min. 1 Socket In The Zone);4) Social And Storage Facilities - Enabling The Storage Of Additional Promotional Materials And Personal Items Of Representatives Of Companies Participating In The Fair. The Facilities Must Be Inaccessible To Visitors.5) Lighting And Decorations;6. The Preliminary Design Of The Exhibition Stand Is Submitted, Under Pain Of Nullity, In Electronic Form (I.E.
