1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Purchase Of: 1) Liquid Fuels, In A Cashless System Based On Fleet Cards, For Company Cars And Canisters Of The Ordering Party, In The Estimated Quantity Of: A) Unleaded Petrol 30,000 Liters B) Diesel Oil 4,000 Liters 2) Other Fuels, Products And Services Related To The Operation Of Company Cars (E.G. Engine Oils, Operating Fluids, Adblue Fluid, Light Bulbs, Windshield Wipers, Fuses, Car Washing And Vacuuming, Highway And Parking Fees) In Cashless Transactions In The Electronic Fleet Card System In Poland. The Unit Reserves The Right To Choose The Method Of Using Highway And Parking Fees Referred To In The Previous Sentence On The Terms Applicable To The Contractor.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 3. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Contract.4. The Ordering Party Has The Right To: 1) Not Provide The Service Or Part Of It, Up To 50% Of The Total Gross Value Of The Contract, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect; 2) Increase Or Decrease The Amount Of Individual Types Of Fuel, Provided That The Gross Value Of The Contract Is Not Exceeded; 3) Purchase Of Fuel And Other Products And Services Related To The Operation Of Company Cars With The Discount Indicated In The Offer, At All Stations Listed In Annex No. 6 To The Swz And Other Stations At The Contractors Disposal;4) Temporarily Use The Card For Another Vehicle Registration Number If You Have A Replacement Vehicle.5. The Fleet Cards Provided Must Enable The Purchase Of Other Products And Services Related To The Operation Of Company Cars Offered By The Gas Station (E.G. Engine Oils, Operating Fluids, Light Bulbs, Wipers, Fuses, Car Washing And Vacuuming) And The Payment Of Highway And Parking Fees.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Fuels Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 247) And Comply With The Standards: 1) Pn- En 228+A1:2017-06 (Or Equivalent) - Applies To Unleaded Petrol,2) Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06 (Or Equivalent) - Applies To Diesel Oil. They Will Also Be Compliant With The Standards And Regulations Specifying Quality Requirements, As Amended During Deliveries, And With The Quality Certificate Issued By The Fuel Manufacturer.7. Contractors Gas Stations Must Meet The Requirements Provided For In The Regulations For Gas Stations In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Liquid Gas Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines Used For Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1707).
