The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Change The Assortment Within The Product Group To A Different Assortment Within The Quantity Specified For A Given Product Group, Provided That: 1) The Change Results From The Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Connection With A Change In The Menu And Individual Needs Nutritional Products, Etc. 2) The Change Does Not Result In Exceeding The Gross Value Of The Contract.3) The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Subject Of The Contract In The Amount Of A Minimum Of 70% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract (A Given Part).3.
