Advertising And Marketing Services – Preparation Of A Media Strategy And Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Planning And Purchasing Airtime And Advertising Space In The Media For The Broadcast Of A Social Campaign On Cybersecurity. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Media Strategy And The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Planning And Purchasing Airtime And Advertising Space In The Media For The Broadcast Of A Social Campaign On Cybersecurity. 2. The Campaign Is An Element Of The Project Educational And Information Campaigns To Popularize The Benefits Of Using Digital Technologies Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Funds For Digital Development Program For 2021-2027 (Ferc). The Program Envisages Support For The Next Stage Of Polands Digital Transformation, Including Conducting Educational And Information Campaigns Aimed At Raising Public Awareness Of The Benefits Of Using Digital Technologies And Education In The Field Of Cybersecurity. 3. The Contractors Tasks Under The Subject Of The Order: 1) Preparation Of A Media Strategy For The Campaign; 2) Development Of Media Plans And Purchase Of Airtime And Advertising Space In The Media, Including Booking Advertising Space And Transmitting Broadcast Files To The Media; 3) Continuous Monitoring, Optimization And Evaluation Of The Campaign, Including A/B Testing And Other Evaluation Studies. 4. The Materials Necessary For Broadcast In The Media Will Be Prepared By The Contractor Selected In Another Procedure As A Creative Agency. The Contractor Must Provide All Relevant And Necessary Information Regarding The Technical Specifications And Requirements For Broadcast Files Well In Advance To Enable Proper Preparation Of The Creation. The Contractor Declares Its Readiness To Cooperate With The Ordering Partys Creative Agency In Order To Achieve High Campaign Effectiveness. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annex. No. 1 To Swz - Sopz, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz. 6. All Information Necessary To Prepare A Media Strategy And Media Plans Are Described In The Document Brief For A Social Campaign On Cybersecurity, Which Is An Annex. No. 1 To Sopz. 7. Deadline For Execution Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Within 15 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement Or Until The Total Budget Of The Agreement Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of These Events Occurs First. The Implementation Of The Contract May Be Extended By A Maximum Of 6 Months Based On An Annex If The Total Budget Of The Contract Is Not Exhausted. If The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Agreement Is Extended, It Will Expire Either On The Date Provided For In The Annex Or On The Day The Funds Referred To In The Previous Sentence Are Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Possibility Of Conducting Negotiations In Order To Improve The Content Of Offers Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice. 9. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In View Of Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, As Amended By Regulation 2022/57, Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation
