The Subject Of The Basic Order Is The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Official Portal Of The Małopolska Voivodeship Run By The Marshals Office Of The Małopolska Voivodeship In The Domain Www.Malopolska.Pl, Which Will Allow For Adapting The Portal To The Latest Technological And Visual Trends And Adapting The Portals Usability To The Current Expectations Of The Recipient. The Reconstruction Will Include, Among Others: Design And Implementation Of A Portal With A Publishing, Updating And Content Management System, Implementation Of New Tools In The System And Migration Of Selected Content. The Website Is To Be Designed In A Modern, Graphically Attractive, Transparent And Accessible To All Users - In Accordance With The Act Of April 4, 2019, On The Digital Accessibility Of Websites And Mobile Applications Of Public Entities. 2. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Including Portal Support, For A Period Of 4 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol On The Terms Described In The Agreement And Opz. 3. The Estimated Value Of The Basic Order Is: Pln 425,283.96 Net. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right On The Following Terms: 1) The Ordering Party May Commission The Contractor With Development Services For A Maximum Of 800 Man-Hours During The Period Of 4 Years Of Warranty, Including Portal Support, I.E. From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order, O Referred To In § 1 Section 1 Of The Agreement, Divided, In Principle, Into A Maximum Of 200 Man-Hours Per Year, 2) The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Commission The Contractor To Work On The Development Of New And Modification Of Existing Functionalities And Tools In The Portal Referred To In § 1 Section 1 Of The Agreement, 3) The Ordering Party Will Request The Contractors E-Mail Address Indicated In The Agreement, 4) The Contractor Will Respond To The Notifications Referred To In Point. 2), Will Provide The Ordering Party With Information On The Number Of Man-Hours Necessary To Perform And Implement A New Functionality Or Modification Of An Existing Tool In The Portal, 5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Number Of Man-Hours Presented By The Contractor, Including With A Third Party. The Implementation Date Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party, 6) After Receiving Information From The Contractor About The Number Of Man-Hours Necessary To Implement The New Solution, The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Agree On Detailed Conditions Regarding The Installation And Launch Of The New Functionality And Tools In The Portal, 7) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Amount Man-Hours Presented By The Contractor, Including Those Provided By A Third Party. The Implementation Date Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party, 8) After Receiving Information From The Contractor About The Number Of Man-Hours Necessary To Implement The New Solution, The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Agree On Detailed Conditions Regarding The Installation And Launch Of The New Functionality And Tools In The Portal, 9) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Minimum Scope Of
