Security Services – Provision Of Protection And Security Services For Buildings In The Capital. City ​​Of Prague. The Procurement Procedure Is Carried Out For The Purpose Of Concluding A Framework Agreement Between The Contracting Authority And One Selected Supplier, The Purpose Of Which Is To Ensure The Security Of Buildings Located Mainly In The Territory Of The Capital City Of Prague (But In Some Cases Also Outside It) Owned Or Used By The Contracting Authority And Some Of Those Established Or Controlled By It Subjects. In This Way, Security Will Be Ensured For A Large Number Of Buildings Of Different Types, Of Which The Following Can Be Named In Particular: A) Buildings Intended For Temporary Accommodation, B) Living Spaces In Residential Buildings, C) Extensive Non-Residential Buildings With Various Uses - Publicly Accessible Buildings And Objects With Limited Access (Access On The Basis Of Identification Or Ensuring Access Only To Authorized Persons), D) Security Of Uncovered Spaces, Construction Sites, Securing Transport And Other Similar Types Of Security, According To The Clients Current Needs. The Subject Of Security Will Consist Mainly Of The Following Services (Services): - Provision Of Security And Reception Services, - Provision Of Security Services Using Guards Not Armed With Firearms, - Provision Of Security Services Using Guards Accompanied By A Dog, - Provision Of Patrol Services, - Connection Of Selected Objects To The Central Protection Desk, - Provision Of Remote Supervision And Monitoring Of Objects From The Control Room, Including Installation, Operation And Maintenance Of Relevant Systems, - Provision Of Operation Of Installed Security Technologies, Including Communication With The Supervision Center And The Centralized Protection Counter (Hereinafter Referred To As Pco). The Main Duties Of The Security Guard Will Be, In Particular (According To The Scope Of The Specific Sub-Order And The Needs Of The Client) To Ensure Compliance With The Entry Regime And Entrance To The Buildings Set By The Client, In The Event Of A Restricted Access Regime, To Ensure The Relevant Actions, To Ensure The Operation Of The Reception/Concierge, To Secure Property In The Buildings Against Theft, Vandalism, Destruction, Fire And Other Influences. In The Event Of External Influences Or A Breakdown Of The Electrical Equipment, Professionally Carry Out The Actions Necessary To Prevent Imminent Damage - Disconnection Or Basic Adjustment Of The Electrical Installation, Basic Extinguishing And Securing Actions, Etc. A Detailed Description Of The Required Services And Their Parameters Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation (Specification Of The Required Services) And In The Draft Framework Agreement, Which Is Annex No. 2 Procurement Documentation (Framework Agreement). The Contracting Authority Will Request Services On The Basis Of The Concluded Framework Agreement On An Ongoing Basis Throughout Its Duration, And Through Orders (Sub-Contracts).
