Programming Services Of Systems And User Software – Digital Space Management: Creation, Maintenance, Further Development And Operation Of An Overall It System. The Contractor (An) Selected Within The Framework Of This Procedure Will Provide A Technical Solution For The Services Specified By The Ministry Of Regional Development And Housing Of Baden-Württemberg (Mlw) And Prepare This For Permanent Operation In Coordination With The Mlw In 2025 (Agile Implementation). From 2026 (Regular Operation). According To The Current Status, The Contract For Regular Operations (Operation And Maintenance Of Digital Space Management) Should Be Concluded For At Least Five Years With An Extension Option For Two Years After The Start Of Regular Operations. Digital Space Management Will Particularly Include Municipal Space Potential. Both The Work Within The Framework Of Agile Implementation And Regular Operations Therefore Require A High Level Of Willingness On The Part Of The Contractor To Deal With Municipalities In A Service And Customer-Oriented Manner. In The Maximum Case, 1,101 Administrator Positions Will Have To Be Managed On The Municipal Side.
