Tenders are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for Co-Creation of Social Behaviour Change Solutions for Enabel Projects in Uganda. The objectives of this assignment are to establish a Framework Agreement with several service providers allowing to make orders as the needs arise in the following domain: Promotion of Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET) agriculture and green economy as viable employment pathways in Kampala metropolitan areas, Albertine/Rwenzori and West Nile sub regions. Promotion of healthy lifestyles in schools and communities Mandatory requirements Mandatory requirement for the SBCC Expert Masters degree in either communication, marketing or social and behavioural sciences (Specialised training in Human Centered Design). At least 5 years of proven recent experience in planning, designing and implementing social behaviour change programmes. At least 5 years proven experience in the designing, implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation Social Behaviour Change programmes in either the health (e.g., health education and promotion) or education or skilling sectors.
