This Process Is Gradual And Will Continue For The Duration Of The Current Assignment. The Expectation Is That The Need For Printing Will Gradually Decrease, But That It Will Take Years Before All Processes Are Fully Digital. We Want To Take This Into Account As Much As Possible In Both The Term Of The Agreement And The Pricing Model. The Intention Is To Transfer As Much Management And Control As Possible To The Tenderer Through A Saas Cloud Platform.
