The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work. This Is The Removal Of The Former Piggery Building On Plot No. St.304/2 In The Cadastral Territory Of Bukovany Near Kyjov With Subsequent Revitalization Of The Territory With The Establishment Of A Forest Park. The Building Of The Former Piggery Is Situated In The South-Eastern Part Of The Village Of Bukovany In The Former Agricultural Area, Which Is Currently Without Permanent Use And The Buildings Are Dilapidated. The Complex Was Built After The Merger Of Cooperatives (Jzd) In Bukovany, Ostrovánky And Nechvalín In 1961. The Building Is Located On Plot Number St. 304/2 In The Cadastral Territory Of Bukovany Near Kyjova, Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre As A Built-Up Area And A Courtyard With A Total Area Of 563 M2. On The Surrounding Parcels There Are Other Areas Used As Handling Areas And Other Agricultural Buildings. The Removed Single-Storey Non-Basement Agricultural Building, Which Originally Served As A Piggery, Has A Rectangular Floor Plan With Dimensions Of 63.73 X 8.35 M. On The South-Western Side Of The Building, An Extension With Barns Measuring 8.61 X 3.53 M Is Adjacent. The Roof Over The Building Is Gable With A Ridge Height Of 3.93 M Above The 1St Floor. The Slope Of The Gable Roof Above The Main Mass Of The Pig House Is 17°. The Counter Roof Of The Extension Has A Slope Of 13° Parameters Of The Building To Be Removed: - Built-Up Area With Agricultural Buildings ..................... 563.00 M2 - Floor Area Of The 1St Floor ....................................….…… . 479.43 M2 - Enclosed Space .............................. ................ ............... 2,330 M3 - Roof Ridge Height .............................................. ............... 3.93 M In The Area Of The Building There Is Asbestos, Roofing Made Of Corrugated Eternite, When Disposing Of It, It Is Necessary To Proceed According To Hygiene Regulations So That There Is No Danger To The Health Of The People Who Will Carry Out The Demolition Work And The Environment Is Not Threatened. Before The Start Of Demolition Work, The Disconnection Of The Building From Utility Networks Will Be Verified And, If Necessary, Their Course Will Be Marked In The Vicinity. When Removing The Building, The Demolished Material Intended For Removal Will Be Ecologically Sorted And Stored In Containers On The Investors Property. The Collection Of Construction Waste Will Be Contractually Ensured. Eternite Corrugations Will Be Disassembled, Stored And Transported According To A Special Technological Procedure. The Vast Majority Of The Material Will Be Taken For Recycling. The Steel Elements Will Be Sent For Scrap, The Wood Will Be Preferentially Used As Fuel. At Least 70% Of The Total Weight Of The Generated Construction And Demolition Waste Will Be Prepared For Reuse, Recycling Or Backfilling (Hazardous Waste Is Not Included In This 70%). After The Demolition Of The Building, Revitalization Of The Area Will Be Carried Out On This Land With The Establishment Of A Forest Park. Vegetation Adjustments Will Be Made, Where Grass Will Be Planted On An Area Of 563 M2 And 18 Trees Will Be Planted. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Basis Of A Concluded Contract For Work According To A Binding Model - See Annex Zd, Whereby The Work Is Understood As The Complete And Faultless Execution Of All Construction And Demolition Works, Including The Disposal Of Hazardous Waste, As Well As The Execution Of All Activities Related To The Delivery Of Construction And Assembly Works, The Execution Of Which Is Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work According To The Project Documentation Of The Building And The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of The Dimensions Of The Building (Appendix Zd). If The Work Is Carried Out By An Association Of Several Contractors, All Participating Contractors Will Be Jointly And Severally Responsible For The Execution Of The Work.
