The Procurement Concerns The Transportation Of Sludge-Based Digestion Residue. The Contract Period Is 1 February 2025 – 31 January 2026 (1 Year). The Contract Can Be Extended Four (4) Times For One (1) Year. Stormossen Decides To Use The Option No Later Than One (1) Month Before The End Of The Contract Period. The Contract Ends On January 31, 2030 At The Latest. Stormossen Produces About 8,000 Tons Of Sludge-Based Digestate Per Year, And The Dry Matter Content Of The Material Is About 24%. Loading And Transport For Agricultural Use Takes Place From The Stormossen Waste Station In Koivulahti. The Digestate Is Weighed On A Stormossen Scale On Weekdays Between 07:00 And 17:00. The Transports Are Mainly Carried Out By Tractor Directly To The Farmlands, Where The Material Is Stored In Piles. The One-Way Transport Distance Is A Maximum Of 35 Km. Annually, About 80% Of The Transports Take Place Between February And March And About 20% In The Fall After Harvest. The Transports Are Ordered From Stormossen By E-Mail, And The Orders Are Forwarded To The Contractor, Who Contacts The Customer To Agree On More Detailed Arrangements. The Working Languages ​​Are Swedish And Finnish. The Price Of The Offer Is Stated In Euros/Ton (Vat 0%) Per Zone. The Offered Price Includes Loading, Transport, Unloading And Also All Other Costs Arising From The Performance Of The Service. In Addition To The Offered Price, Nothing Else Is Billed. The Zones Are Based On The Transport Distance From The Stormossen Waste Center.
