Above Mentioned Condemned Structure Are Offered Excluding Brick Works And Wooden Works. Free Delivery Period [Fdp] For This Lot Has Been Fixed As 80 [Eighty] Days. Condition-1] Dismantling Work Of Sold Structure Is To Be Done By The Purchaser On His Own Arrangement By Providing Tools, Safety Gears, Machinery And Labour Required For The Purpose, 2] Purchaser Should Ensure To Keep A Safety Banner Around The Work Spot, 3] Any Loss / Damage That May Arise During Dismantling Work Due To Accident Etc, Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railways Under Any Circumstances, 4] Dismantling Of The Sold Lot Is Allowed Only Up To The Ground Level Of The Condemned Structures, 5] Dismantling Of The Condemned Structures [Sold Lot] Will Take Place In Presence Of Engg.
