Quotation For Kota Stone Flooring At Incinerator -1 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. Incinerator 2 Demolishing cement concrete including disposal of material with in 50 mtrs. Lead : Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix 3 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on Plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and Lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly Dressed : All kinds of soil 4 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides, floors not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 and for all lift. 5 Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 6 Providing & laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold twisted bars 8 Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick 9 Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. 10 Distempering with Oil Bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (Two or more coats ) 11 Disposal of building, rubbish/ malba/similar unservicable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transport ing, uploading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads in all lifts involved.
