Uat The Municipality Of Buzau Is Running A Vast Program Of Thermal Rehabilitation Of Apartment Blocks, With The Aim Of Increasing The Energy Performance Of The Blocks, Respectively Reducing The Energy Consumption For Heating The Apartments Under The Conditions Of Ensuring And Maintaining The Internal Thermal Climate, As Well As Improving The Urban Appearance Of The Municipality. Regarding The Opportunity Represented By The Financing Available Through The National Recovery And Resilience Plan For The Investment Objective: Integrated Renovation Of 30 Housing Blocks In The Municipality Of Buzau, Component 5 - Renovation Wave, Uat The Municipality Of Buzau Intends To Purchase The Execution Works Regarding Seismic Consolidation And Thermal Rehabilitation For 30 Components, Respectively, Blocks 3 Are Considered C Hasdeu; 8G; 8 F; 14 J; 14K; 16B; 13A; 13 C; 13D; 13 F; B 11; 2A; 2B; 2 C; 3A; 1A; 1B; 1 C; 1D; 1 G; 1 I; 24A; 25; 26 B; 19 E; 15A; 41; 39 A B; 17; 29 From The Municipality Of Buzau. The Necessity And Opportunity Of Purchasing The Works For The Above-Mentioned Objective Is Justified By The Need To Ensure The Implementation Of The Technical-Financial Solution Established In The Technical Project, In Order To Reduce Energy Consumption And Co2 Emissions, Up To The Level Assumed In The Non-Refundable Financing Contract. The Works That Are The Subject Of This Documentation Are Located In The Municipality Of Buzau And Aim To Increase The Energy Performance Of The Blocks Of Flats, Respectively The Reduction Of Energy Consumption For Heating The Apartments Under The Conditions Of Ensuring And Maintaining The Internal Thermal Climate, As Well As Improving The Urban Appearance Of The Municipality.
