It Was Designed And Built During The 1960S, According To The Regulations Of That Time. At Present, This Unit No Longer Functionally Corresponds To The Current Requirements Imposed By The Norms Specific To The Emergency Reception Activity, It Is Undersized And Underequipped. The Proposed Investment Will Achieve The Following Objectives: - Improving The Quality And Efficiency Of Emergency Hospital Care At The Level Of The Hunedoara Emergency Reception Unit; - Better Organization Of Emergency Medical Activity; - Ensuring Superior Patient Care Conditions With The Elimination Of Medical Risks; - Reducing The Waiting Time By Providing Additional Spaces For Investigations And Treatment; - Increasing The Number Of Patients Who Can Be Investigated And Treated Simultaneously; - Diversification Of The Medical Act, By Providing Adequate Spaces For Other Medical Specialties As Well.
