This Assignment Concerns The Partial Renovation Of 84 Apartments (9 Buildings): - Insulating The Building Envelope From The Outside - Replacing The Exterior Carpentry - Replacing The Individual Boilers With New Ones - Installing A C+ Ventilation System - Replacing The Narrow Balconies And Accessory Asbestos-Containing Garbage Chute Through New Terraces. The Former Loggias Of The Existing Terraces Will Be Converted Into A Laundry Room/Technical Room - Creation Of 4 Communal Spaces (Shell) At Basement Level - Creation Of Additional 5 Bicycle Spaces At Basement Level - Construction Of The Immediate Surroundings: Construction Of A Landscaped Wadi And Widening Of Some Roads. The Homes Will Remain Occupied During The Works. The Works Also Include Asbestos Removal (Submission Of An Environmental Permit Or Declaration Of Asbestos Removal To Brussels Environment).
