The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Diesel Fuel Directly To The Contracting Authoritys Hkv Tanks At Designated Delivery Points Through Gas Stations Forming The Infrastructure Of The Railway Network, Which Are Accessible To The Contracting Authority By Rail Without Time Limit (24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week) For Fueling Traction Diesel Fuel In Accordance With Standard Stn En 590 As Amended, Enriched With Bio-Components In Accordance With The Applicable Standard Stn, Meeting The Requirements And Quality Test Methods: I) For The Mild Climate Zone Of Class B – For The Summer Period, Ii) For The Moderate Climate Zone Of Class D – For The Transition Period, Iii) For The Climate Zone Of Class F – For The Winter Period, Depending On The Time Of Year And From The Weather Conditions In The Total Expected Amount Of 9,860,000 Liters And Engine Oil (Only To Supplement The Operating Loss In Traction Diesel Engines) In The Expected Amount Of 5,000 Liters.
