Public-Service Buses - Purchase Of 7 Electric Buses As Part Of The Project Development Of Sustainable Mobility Of Residents Of The Podkarpacka Automotive Association Of Municipalities By Improving Public Transport - Electric Buses With Charging Infrastructure And A Technical Vehicle. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 7 Pieces Of Brand New Electric Buses (Ev - Electric Vehicle) Of The Maxi Class, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025, With A Mileage Of No More Than 3,500 Km, With A Length From 11,500 Mm To 12,500 Mm And A Passenger Capacity Of At Least 70 Seats + Driver. The Bus Should Be Adapted To Transport At Least 1 Person In A Wheelchair Or A Stroller With A Restraint Device, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Opz). 2. The Order Also Includes: 1) Conducting Bus Operation Training For Designated Employees Of The Public Transport Operator Indicated By The Ordering Party; 2) Providing Technical Documentation; 3) Providing The Necessary Tools (Including A Diagnostic Device) With The Necessary Interfaces And Software Along With Licenses In The Quantity And To The Extent Allowing Free Use Of All Functionalities Of Ev Buses; 4) Granting Internal Authorization For Servicing And Operating Ev Buses (Aso) To The Public Transport Operator Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3. The Vehicles Offered Must; 1) Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502), In The Act Of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Conditions Specified In Polish And Industry Standards; 2) Have A Valid Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Issued In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 3) Meet The Current Requirements Regarding Applicable Vehicle Registration Regulations, Sufficient For The Ordering Party To Complete Formalities Related To Vehicle Registration. 4) Meet Safety Regulations (Gsr) Regarding Adas Elements In Force From July 1, 2024. 5) Be Complete And Of Full Value Delivered In Accordance With The Assembly Specified By The Ordering Party, Together With Electronic Equipment And Necessary Licenses.
